However, this news has come from a source. Microsoft has not revealed any future plan about these devices from their side.
MS Nerd actually revealed about this news in a protected feed of twitter. However, it came into light that Microsoft is going to launch Surface tablets which are ARM based and the operating system will be Windows RT. However, there will be some changes. Before Tegra 3 was used as the processor but now Qualcomm processor, will be used. Well, the display will be smaller this time. Before it was 10.6 inch and now it will be 8.6 inch which might make you little disappointed for sure. The screen will be touch screen like before.
The other one will be a second generation Surface and it will have in it Windows 8 Pro. For this you need not to be disappointed for the screen size. The screen size for this one will be increased. The new device will be 11.6 inch as per the screen size is concern. This time Intel Core Processor will not be used. According to MS Nerd AMD Temash APU will be used this time. Though it will not be as powerful as Intel Core processor, it will provide more battery time for sure. It will provide 4 to 5 more hour’s battery life as per calculations of the company.
There will be a third device also which will be launched by Microsoft. The name of the device will be Surface Book. As per the screen size is concern it will have the largest display which will make your experience beyond satisfactory. The Screen Size will be 14.6 inch, the biggest of the lot. Intel Haswell chip will be used in this device which is one of the most modern chips developed by Microsoft. As per the operating system is concern latest Windows 8 Pro will be used in this device which will make this device extremely fast.
For these three new devices, Microsoft is going to plan differently as per the interested customers are concern. Actually they want to catch different types of customers for different models. However, their main purpose is to launch Windows 8 as much as possible in the market.
