Build and install a platform first, then the rest of the office. Guard the windows with mosquito net and repellents. Make arrangements for electricity, cooler and enough lights. There are so many cafés that offer free wi-fi and one can work for as longer as he/she wants.  There are also special cafés in many countries that are specially designed for people who want to work without any disturbances.
